Sanding is also a fantastic way to restore a floor as an affordable and practical solution.

 

Once a floor has been sanded it is possible to completely transform its appearance. You can change its colour by staining the unfinished wood or change the finish by switching from a previously lacquered floor to a new oiled floor.
